I am Josefien, a skilled and passionate trainer, facilitator and coach in international development cooperation with over 15 years of experience. My passion is to create positive impact in lives of people all over the world and to collaborate with actors who pursue this goal too.

I work in the areas of project management, human resource development, individuel, organisational and institutional capacity strengthening, and responsible tourism management. I can assist you with creating online and face-to-face learning trajectories; with developing, managing and evaluating projects and with strenghtening your organisational and individual capacities. I do this through interactive training, facilitation, and coaching, adapted to your specific needs, in English, French or Dutch.

My regional experience lies mainly in Africa and to a lesser extent in Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe.
