Results Based Monitoring training

For the programme e-TAMKEEN of Enabel Maroc, through MDF Training & Consultancy, I developed a tailor made 3-day training which I carried out two times in a row in October 2021. The 30 participants were all staff of different ministerial departments partnering with the programme to increase their digital capacities. The training was carried out in Rabat and included topics like the Theory of Change (using the one of the programme), results chain, logical framework, impact of learning, and developing a monitoring framework for their ‘plan de renforcement des compétences’. The training was very practical, interactive and fun, which was highly appreciated by the participants, the trainer and the excellent program team. Shukran!
