Professionalisation of foundation

For the KidShare foundation, I facilitated a 2-day workshop in July 2021 and in July 2023 2-day workshops as part of the desired professionalization. Topics included the project cycle, theory of change, the logical framework, chapters in a strategic plan, doing a SWOT analysis, the business canvas model, the partner assessment tool, monitoring and evaluation, division of labor. The days always flew by in a very nice atmosphere with enthusiastic board members!
