Entrepreneurial Leadership

Via MDF Training & Consultancy, I facilitated a two day training on Entrepreneurial Leadership for young entrepreneurs in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) in septembre 2021 and in June 2023. The entrepreneurs are supported by Forth Investment/Aqua for All. The training with workshop character focused on the particiants’ DISC profile and the interpretation and effect on how to interact with others. Also topics like how to motivate staff, how to work with feedback and how to use the intervision model were treated.
