Multi-actor project and portfolio kick-off workshops

For new Enabel country porfolio projects in Niger (2022) and in Uganda (2023), through MDF Training & Consultancy, I facilitated multi-stakeholder workshops of 4-5 days. The participants (20-50 persons) are all involved in different interventions, either as staff or partners. The workshops included the use of different tools in the management of interventions, including the development of portfolio and intervention theories of change, arriving at a shared vision, updating synergies between interventions, validation of indicators, updating of risks to be managed, introduction of learning and capitalization, and a roadmap. The workshops allowed participants to take greater ownership of the content and objectives of the interventions and to strengthen the links amongst them. Very valuable and essential to do these kind of workshops at the start of interventions.
