Capitalization workshop: impact of training

For Enabel Morocco’s e-TAMKEEN program, through MDF Training & Consultancy, I took part in the capitalization workshop to bring the 5 year program to a close. During the workshop, I facilitated one of three sessions on lessons learned regarding the Idarathon, the e-Tamkeen spirit and training activities (skills enhancement plan – PRC). The results were presented on the final day of the workshop, attended by the actors who played a part in this important project, contributing to the digital transformation of government to improve services to the population. It was a great experience and a great example of co-creating with stakeholders to create lasting change. To find out more about the program, please go here.
