Evaluation of learning

For Enabel Maroc’s e-TAMKEEN program, through MDF Training & Consultancy, I evaluated with colleagues the application and impact of several training activities done with Moroccan government officials on digital transformation to improve service to the population. The three evaluations took place some time after the completion of the training activities. Through document analysis, online surveys and focus groups, the evaluations were conducted partly remotely and partly on-site.
