Leadership and management

For DEDRAS, in collaboration with MDF West Africa, I co-created and co-facilitated a five-day tailor made training in Grand Popo, Bénin, for program staff. The NGO has grown fast in the last couple of years, with more programs and projects, and therefore more staff. To manage this properly they asked for this training. Topics discussed were organisational assessment, leadership and management skills, team development, personal leadership and communication styles, coaching and peer learning.
