Online training Result Based Management

For MDF Training & Consultancy, I was the lead trainer in the prepation and facilitation of an online training on Result Based Management. The 21 participants were all staff from four organisations of the Debbo Alafia consortium in Mali, who collaborate in the programme ‘Concerted Actions for the Improvement of Reproductive Health and the Promotion of the Rights of Women and Girls’. This programme is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and started the second five year phase in July 2020.

In the context of this programme, the consortium members reached out to MDF Training & Consultancy to strengthen their capacities on Results Based Management. The training was developed based on their needs and included topics like the Theory of Change, results chain, logical framework, risk management and performance based monitoring. Because of the COVID19 situation, the training was carried out online, spread out over 10 half days in a period of two weeks. Tools used were Moodle, Zoom and Mural. Participants and trainers were very happy with the results achieved through the highly interactive, practical and fun training!
