Training package development

For The Hunger Project, in collaboration with a staff member of MDF Training & Consultancy, I developed a training package of the VCA (Vision, Commitment, Action) methodology based on the mapping of a whole range of diverse training resources which had been developed and tested by thousands THP global facilitators. The work was carried out in close collaboration with a co-creation team of staff working with the methodology in Bangladesh, India, Malawi, Uganda, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Mexico. The product is an interactive web based manual and a printable manual which is of interest for individuals and organisations working with community led development all over the world. It was a wonderful assignment to work on!
