Coach trainers

For Agriterra, I coached a team of newly trained businessadvisors in facilitating a three-day MyCoop training in Agboville, Ivory Coast. The business advisors had previously participated in the Training of Trainers in Ouagadougou where they prepared for ‘a real life training’. The audience existed of members of different cacao cooperatives. Topics discussed in the training were the basic functioning of cooperatives, needs assessment amongst members of the cooperatives, service provision of cooperatives and marketing. My role was to assist the trainer team in developing, preparing and facilitating the training and give them feedback on the job.
